A former Criminal Investigation Lieutenant with the Addison Police Department, Joseph managed complex investigations, supervised investigative teams, and conducted high-profile casework. He is skilled in reviewing police reports, witness statements, and investigative files to identify inconsistencies, errors, or overlooked details that can be critical to the defense.
Joseph holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an M.S. in Strategic Leadership with a focus in Criminal Justice Leadership, and a Master Peace Officer License. He has completed specialized training through the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration and is a Certified Instructor with TCOLE.
